ICDL AMERICAS AND IPANDETEC SIGN AGREEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING


ICDL Americas signed this past January an Agreement of Understanding with the Panamanian organization IPANDETEC (Panamanian Institute of Law and New Technologies) in order to work together on projects of dissemination, training and certification of digital skills to workers and the community, as part of its objectives to promote the use and regulation of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and the defense of human rights in the digital environment in Panama, relevant considering the development of digital skills for a productive, safe use and responsible for ICT.
Lia Hernandez, IPANDETEC Director and Romina Gonzalez, Development Manager ICDL Americas, agreed that this will be a first step to strengthen the work of both organizations towards the development of Panama.
